The second mailing consists of the General Fact Sheet, containing important points regarding participation and preparation for the conference, the List of Agenda Items (Issues), a Provisional (!) Programme of Events, a Question & Answer (Q&A) explaining necessary points regarding the lobbying system used at IMUNA. It should be noted that this system –lobbying in sub-forums– is only active on the Friday of the conference and only for a number of forums, and a list of all sub-forum memberships. The lobbying system explained in the aforementioned sheet takes place in sub-forums. These sub-forums are a third of the normal forum. The membership of each sub-forum is published in this document.
This handbook is to be used in order to register for the IMUNA conference of 2019. It contains all procedures, rules and regulations that apply in this process.
The School Registration Form is to be used by schools wishing to register for the IMUNA Conference. After filling it out completely, the form needs to be sent by normal mail or e-mail to the IMUNA Secretariat.
Students wishing to apply for a Student Officer position at the IMUNA Conference must fill out this form and mail or e-mail it to the IMUNA Secretariat, with attached a letter of application and a letter of recommendation.
Students wishing to apply for a position in the Press Team for the "Immune" at the IMUNA Conference must fill out this form and mail or email it to the IMUNA Secretariat, with attached a letter of application and a letter of recommendation.
The Individual Registration Form is for individuals wishing to register for the IMUNA Conference without a school. If you are attending the conference with your school, please go to your MUN-Director for registration. After filling it out completely, the form needs to be sent by normal mail or e-mail to the IMUNA Secretariat.
